Non-Adjustable Diameter Design

When tool wear causes the diameter to fall outside tolerance, the diameter cannot be compensated by adjustmentdue to the structural design of the reamer.

However, the insert can be returned to the manufacturer for repair and reuse, significantly reducing overall tooling costs.
