ERO/SLO Oil Tool Holder (External Cooler to Internal Cooler Tool Holder) Installation and Adjustment Steps
1. First, confirm the distance from the center of the ERO/SLO Oil tool holder (external cooler to internal cooler tool holder) to the positioning point.
BT40=65mm;
BT50=80mm ,
Please refer to Specification Table (B) for a comparison with the distance from the machine tool spindle center to the fixed seat.

If the distance is not correct, the customer should adjust the position of the water inlet hole of the mounting base before installation (matching the screw holes of the dust cover on the end face of the machine tool spindle).
2.ERO/SLO Oil Tool Holder (External Cooler to Internal Cooler Tool Holder)
a.Install the fixing block on the end face of the machine tool and connect the water inlet pipe to the positioning block.

b.For the ERO/SLO Oil Tool Holder (External Cooler to Internal Cooler Tool Holder), first loosen the M6 threads on the locating key to allow the locating pin to move freely up and down (there is a spring under the locating pin). Then loosen the three M6 screws on the locating ring to allow it to rotate freely with the oil circuit tool holder spindle (the screws should not be loosened too much).
c、Lock the machine tool spindle, adjust the oil circuit tool holder spindle keyway to align with the machine tool spindle key, and at the same time adjust the angle of the positioning pin to align with the water outlet of the positioning block. After tightening the positioning pin, install the oil circuit tool holder onto the machine tool spindle. (After installation, check whether the positioning pin and the water inlet of the positioning block are aligned and whether the upper end face of the positioning pin is in close contact with the lower end face of the positioning block to prevent water leakage. If they are not in close contact, adjust the downward distance of the positioning block or change the thickness of the positioning block.)
d、Double-check: open the cooling system to check for leaks; check the housing for tightness when the oil-cooled tool holder and main shank rotate (manual rotation is recommended for first-time use).
3.For the first use of an oil-cooled tool holder, run it in at speeds of S=100, S=300, and S=500 for 10 minutes. During normal use, the maximum speed must not exceed 3000rpm
